Good product. The texture is more rough than soft. I haven't checked if it's waterproof. The reverse side feels like foam. The fit is good.

The material is really soft and nice, not like this kind of thing, but it seems like it would be good to use once in a while to prevent that awkward situation where you have to get into the car right after exercising.
