The Wool Polishing Wheel is the step between "the metal is clean" and "the metal looks new". Pleated wool felt on a 125 mm disc, for any standard angle grinder - alloy rims, exhaust tips, chrome trim and stainless that has gone cloudy. Chosen and shop-tested in-house, because an hour with a cloth gets you a patchy shine and four minutes with this gets you an even one.

Cleaning metal and finishing metal are two different jobs. Abrasives take the damage off; this takes the dullness off. Pleated wool is soft enough to follow a curve and firm enough to actually shift the haze.

It's sized for a standard 5-inch / 125 mm angle grinder, which is what most people already own. It will not fit a mini grinder that takes 75 mm discs - including the mini grinder we sell. Check the disc size marked on your tool before you order.
Wool polishes, it doesn't cut like an abrasive. Light pressure, keep the wheel travelling. Leaning on one spot builds heat, and heat is what burns paint and glazes the felt.
